I’ve been on the Truth About Abs system for about two weeks now and I’ve really began to notice the results. One thing that I realize is I’ve seen a lot of difference in my physical appearance now that I’ve stuck to this aerobic exercise routine for a while. At first it was difficult because I’m not used to going out and getting much exercise so I just started with some walking. After I’ve made it to where I can walk about with any problems I started adding in some running and jogging. It takes motivation to keep on it but it isn’t hard to motivate yourself when you’re doing things you never dreamed that you could ever do. One of the great things about aerobic exercise is that as long as you are healthy, you can exercise every day. This is different than other types of exercise such as weight training where you have to take a day or two off in-between workouts.
